Edie Magoun (Creator/Filmmaker)

Edie Magoun loves Hollywood. She has loved it since she stepped off the bus and turned her first trick. That’s not true. She never charged. Edie came up with Girl Films Hollywood because she loves to film and learn new editing tricks. It’s so much cheaper and easier to just grab a camera and a reporter and go than it is to shoot her sketch comedy which she continues to write and produce,

Edie has a BA in communications from the University Illinois, Chicago. She once was the restaurant critic for a small newspaper called the West Hollywood Weekly.  She co-wrote and is the featured incessant talker on a song which continues to have international airplay.  By day she surrounds herself with a pack of dogs and  by night she eats pickles and radishes as she immerses herself in social media.

Emilie Tisdale (Reporter)

Emilie Tisdale is one wacky chick who likes to report on funny business. Really. If it is unusual, then she has a strange way of finding it. Her personal interests include, rummaging for treasures in the trash, sewing, and baking heart-shaped cakes. She likes to keep things down to earth, even though she is from outer space! If you are looking for unique happenings in hollywood, then she will find them for you!

NicolaSigner (Reporter)

nicolesingermediumNicola Singer grew up in Hazleton, PA – a working class town known for coal mining (and Jack Palance). After graduating college, Nicola gravitated to New York City’s East Village. While in NYC, she took many classes in comedy and acting (UCB, Atlantic Theatre Company, HB Studios, etc.)

Nicola was also a member of the Actors Playground theater, as well as G.C.F.I.C. sketch comedy troupe. Nicola recently moved to Los Angeles, but tries to maintain a “bicoastal as possible” attitude and lifestyle.

When not acting, Nicola manages her favorite garage rock band, The Woggles, and is President of the independent record label, 00:02:59

Most recent accomplishment? Nicola was in a Bob Dylan music video alongside Harry Dean Stanton.
